Pay and view your bill for Austell Natural Gas System through our online payment system. Create an account or make a one-time payment. You can also pay by mail, through Western Union Bill Pay, deposit at our main office, make a payment by telephone or through your bank.

Ways to Pay


Online

Pay or review your bill online. Pay using your credit card, debit card, ATM card, e-check, PayPal or Venmo on our secure server. You must have your account number and billing zip code to access the online payment server.


Western Union Bill Pay

Visit Western Union Bill Pay locations to make your payment safely and securely. Locally those sites include Publix, Kroger, Walgreens, Talpa Supermercados and Food Depot. (Austell Gas System is not affiliated with and does not endorse or promote any of these below listed companies.)


Draft Payment Plan

This service allows you to pay your bills without writing a check. Customers will receive a gas bill showing the actual usage at least 10 days before your bank account is drafted. To enroll in the Draft Payment Plan, you must sign the authorization form and provide a voided check (starter checks not accepted). Upon receipt of the authorization form and the required documents, your account will be debited for the bill amount.


By Mail

Customers may submit payments by mail in the envelope provided with their monthly bill. It is highly recommended that customers mail their payment 4-5 business days prior to the due date in order to avoid any late fees or disconnect fees. Cash should not be sent through the mail.


Payment Kiosk and Night Deposit at Our Main Office

Available 24 hours a day. Pay your Gas Bill by using the payment kiosk. Customer account number or bar code is required for access. Billing zip code will be used for verification purposes. Cash, Check, Debit and Credit cards are accepted.

Payments received after 3:00 p.m. using the night deposit will be posted the next business day. Walk-in service is not an option.


Telephone

Payments may be made via telephone by calling 770-948-1841, option 2. The system will walk you through all the necessary steps in order to pay your bill. You must have your account number to make payments over the phone.


Bank Payments

Make secure payments by using the bill pay option at your financial institution. Simply contact your financial institution to set this up and send payments to Austell Natural Gas System.
