Change Billing Address

This option allows customers to change the mailing address where they currently receive their gas bill. This is not a Transfer of Service. In order to have your billing address changed, click on the link “Change Billing Address”, provide the information required and submit the form. All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided.

Transfer Service

This option allows customers to transfer service from one address to another address on the Austell Gas System. In order to have service transferred, click on the link “Transfer Service”, provide the information required and submit the form. All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided.

Disconnect Service

This option allows customers who will no longer use Austell Gas as their provider to discontinue service. In order to have service disconnected, click on the link “Disconnect Service”, provide the information required and submit the form. All fields with an asterisk (*) require information to be provided.

Budget Billing Payment Plan

This option allows customers to download and print the Budget Billing Application. All fields located at the bottom of the application need to be completed. The application explains how the budget billing process works, eligibility requirements and how to submit the application. Draft Payment Application (requires Adobe Reader)

This option allows customers to download and print the Bank Draft Application. All fields located on the application need to be completed. The application explains how the Bank Draft process works, process required to apply and how to submit the application. If you have any questions, please contact Austell Gas System at 770-948-1841.

Online

Pay or review your bill online. Pay using your credit card, debit card or ATM card on our secure server. You must have your account number and billing zipcode to access the online payment server. The convenience fee for this service at the present time is $3.75. This fee is charge by the third party payment processor.

By Mail

Customers may submit payments by mail in the envelope provided with their monthly bill. It is highly recommended that customers mail their payment 4-5 business days prior to the due date in order to avoid any late fees or disconnect fees. Cash should not be sent through the mail.

Main Office

Customers may bring payments into the main office during business hours: 8:00am – 4:45pm, Monday – Friday. There is also a night depository, located on the east side of the building, available for after hours payments. Cash should not be put into the night depository.


Telephone

Payments may be made via telephone by calling 770-948-1841, option 2. The system will walk you through all the necessary steps in order to pay your bill. You must have your account number to make payments over the phone. The convenience fee for this service at the present time is $3.75.
